Movie Rant: The Lucky One

Last Sunday, me and my neighbor watched The Lucky One. Yeah, the movie where Zac Efron is oooozing with Sex Appeal! LOL :))

Okay, this part would be full of spoilers. If you haven't seen the movie, it's up to you if you want to read this.

The Lucky One is based on the novel by Nicholas Sparks. It tells the story of a marine who had a near death experience. The morning after the raid, he saw a shiny object that caught his attention near a pile of rubles. It was a picture of a woman and at the back it says 'keep safe'. Right after he got the picture, a few meters apart from where he was standing, an aerial attack happened.

I don't want to say that this movie is similar to my story but let's skip that part because it's all in the past now. LOL :)))) but to be honest, this movie made me cry because I can relate to it.

All the characters are fictitious but it gives you a vision of what happens in their world. I love the story because it's not as dramatic as the other novels that turned into movies (the ones that Nicholas Sparks wrote). It's very light and anyone can relate because it happens or it might have happen in real life.

Plus, who wouldn't want to see Zac Efron, almost naked and hot. LOL :)) Zac did a pretty good job in buffing up his body. Hell Yeah!

I would recommend girls to watch this movie. It's light and romantic. I don't want to comment so much on technical aspects or the plot. You have to see it yourself.

Jason Mraz to release a new album

I'm excited for this new album. I heard the first single "I won't give up" and I totally fell in love with the song. I just heard the new song called "The Freedom Song", it also sounds good :)

New Girl, I'm addicted to this...I confess

Yeah, ever since I saw a preview on iTunes, I got completely hooked. Zoey Deschanel has this charm that makes me compelled. LOL. Anyhoot...

I love her new series. I can relate to her character. Jess, the teacher, dumped by her boyfriend...awkward and unusual. Oooooohhh, that kinda describes me...LOL :))

this episode was hilarious and heart-warming at the same time

I just love the series to bits. I haven't seen all the episodes yet but I'm looking forward to have a marathon on the coming Christmas vacation :) Yaaayy!

Random ranting: Everything I Miss...

Since it's November 1 tomorrow, I'm getting all emotional again. Don't blame me, blame my hormones. It's the PMS-ing.

I'll just post pictures of the stuff or people I miss. I just miss them. I don't need to expound on that.

I miss my panget friends

...dancing and being drunk

...drunk karaoke nights, ahahha (that's jonah and mark by the way, lol)

....clubbing and dancing

...drinking and acting retard because of alcohol

.....being fun-crazy with the people you love

...dancing and drinking with girlfriends to forget all the boys who broke my heart

...receiving text messages from a special boy who made you cry but you still love them no matter what but boys are boys and they would forever be jerks...LOL having to talk to that someone, makes my day better even if the day sucked. even if it was just an hour. I would feel so much better. attacking that person with arguments, even if he didn't do anything wrong just because you miss him so much. 

...lastly, missing that one person who's been like an angel. oh, wait. queen bitch by the way, lol. funny how many bad eggs we have together. weighing the good from the bad, there's a lot of bad eggs in the basket. He's that boy who made me cry a million times but until now, he's the last man standing. I'm civil with him and that's the wonder of it. LOL :)) Bitch, I think you're my twin, hahaha :)) It's like the moment we we're born, our intestines were intertwined like sausages. I've always wondered where you are, how you are doing, if you're still alive but I know you are. You're that swagger bitch. I really believe he's my soulmate. Soul mates don't necessarily end up together but I'm happy that in this lifetime, I met you. 

REB: Random Emotional Babble

I was fixing my stuff the whole day today. Cleaning up my room. I saw the notebook I was supposed to give to Jon for his deployment. Military S.O.s (Significant Others) often send Love Packages or Care Packages to their deployed loved ones so that they won't get home sick when they're sent to other places. It brings back so many memories.

It brings back a lot of memories. I do miss him but things just happen. I's either they stay in my life or they walk away. Most of them walked away. Hahahaha :) I guess that's reality. I miss skyping with him. I miss the times that he'll wake up in 3 in the morning just because I sent him a message. I miss the long distance relationship. I miss the sucky time difference between Manila and Seattle....
