Innisfree Haul

I was strolling around Sunway Pyramid yesterday and I saw the newly opened Innisfree boutique. I was ecstatic to see the shop. Innisfree is a popular Korean skincare and cosmetic brand that uses natural products. One of their most popular item is their Jeju Volcanic Clay mask.

Since I was there, I bought a few items. The Volcanic Clay mask set was on promotion so I decided to try one for myself.

It contains the Volcanic Pore Clay Mask, Toner and Cleansing Foam.

They also gave me some freebies like a full sized face mask and some peeling jelly.

I can't wait to try all these wonderful products.

Shopping Trip

Me and my husband went on a shopping trip to Bukit Bintang - the shopping haven of tourists. There are tons of malls in the area. All of the high end brands are in the place. Of course, I went there to shop for makeup. HAHAHA :)) That's no brainer. My husband was there to tag along with me.

From our house, we needed to take the bus going to Suria. From Suria, we waited at the shed for the free bus ride going to Bukit Bintang. There are two lines you can ride for free in KL. The Green line which goes around KLCC to Bukit Bintang and the Purple line which we haven't tried yet.

We rode the bus and went down at the Starhill Sephora Gallery but we didn't went inside. I think I already have too much Sephora items and it was time for me to move on with other stuff. I went to a shop inside Farenheit Mall. Which is a few blocks away Pavillion Mall. I searched the internet where to find Kryolan  products and found out that it was available in a MUD shop at Farenheit. We went there to check it out. It was makeup heaven for Pro MUAs...sadly we weren't able to take pictures because it wasn't allowed. There were Ben Nye products, CS products, Kryolan products, Temptu products, OCC lip tars and so much more. We will be going back soon because I'm eyeing to buy a Kryolan foundation palette. I'm still thinking because it's a little too pricey for me. It only has 12 shades compared to the RCMA palette which has 18 shades. RCMA is not available here in Malaysia.

Then we went to Baskin Robbins for an ice cream break. My husband has a sweet tooth. He loves eating chocolates. I, on the other hand, was looking for coffee. Starbucks and Baskin Robbins were just beside each other in the mall but the que in Statbucks was a bit long. We just ate at Baskin Robbins instead. He had chocolate mudpie and I had javamocha.

To make the long story short, we went to Bukit Bintang to window shop for makeup and ended up not buying the things that I was supposed to buy.

Here's a video clip of our adventure to Bukit Bintang :)

Nando's Food Trip with Husband

We were finally able to eat at Nando's today. We've always wondered about the long lines at Nando's. Nothing fancy actually. Hahaha :D

Food portions are good. I love the fact that it uses a lot of herbs and spices. Good price for the food.

Pita bread with Potato Wedges and Coleslaw

I wasn't adventurous. I just chose the Lemon and Herb.

Breast Filler with garlic bread and potatoes. I think 2 people can eat this dish. It has big servings. My husband chose the mild sauce.

Travel Post: Recent Trip to Malaysia

I just want to share with you some pictures during my recent trip to Malaysia. Specifically to the capital which is Kuala Lumpur. I love the city because of the rich culture, the food and of course, shopping! Malaysia is one of the countries where there are plenty of promotions and sale.

Feast your eyes to some pictures

Malaysia for Christmas

I went to Malaysia for Christmas break. I stayed there for about 3 weeks. I had a time-off and a much needed break from all the stress at work. It was really a break for me. For the first time, I didn't think about work and I relaxed. I love Malaysia. It's like my second home. So anyways, I want to share some pictures during my stay in Malaysia.

The iconic Petronas Twin Towers in KLCC. Of course, you have to visit KLCC when you are in KL.

Street sign

Overpass near the Ambassador road. This is in Jalan Ampang.

Christmas display at Suria KLCC. Suria is a mall located in the Golden Triangle. It's beside the Petronas Tower. It's a big high end mall. All of the brands are there.

Christmas Display at the Mid Valley Megamall. Not Megamall Ortigas but Megamall in KL. This is one of the biggest malls I've been to. Not to mention, it is connected to another mall. I think the mall is called the Gardens if I'm not mistaken.

Glow in the dark graffiti at the Aquaria at KLCC

Underpass sign. There is an underpass that connects the major destinations in KLCC. This is what I love in KL. Everything is connected. Train stations are connected. The airport is connected to the train station. Commuting is a breeze.
