My MAC lipstick collection

Hello lovies! I'm so happy that I'm able to update my blog for almost every other day this week. I'm trying my best to at least do an entry maybe once or thrice a week. ^_^ I'm starting the new year in a very positive note so without further a do, I shall share with you my MAC lipstick collection. 

I am a huge lipstick and blush collector. I don't use my lipsticks often but I just love collecting lipsticks in general (whether it's drugstore or high end). The same goes with blush powders, highlighters and bronzers - I have a ton of them. Makeup for me is a hobby, the same way it is for a stamp collector, they collect stamps. I collect makeup...touché?

Hello lovies! 

This will be a very quick entry and I won't take 5 mins! 

I just want to promote our swapping group called BEAU-TEA-FUL swap (just go search it on Facebook). This group is open to all food and makeup enthusiast around the world. 

How do you swap?

You might think that swapping is primarily to discard unwanted items but that's a wrong concept for swapping.

Makeup and Food swapping usually is like gift giving to your swap partner. You set the budget and parameters for swapping and then you buy the items. Wrap the items in gift wraps and then secure a box for shipping. Then ship the parcel and then wait for the box to arrive. It's that easy. The fun part of it is you get to meet a lot of awesome enthusiast like yourself. 

The added bonus of the group is that it is not restricted to makeup only but it is also a food swap. You can also arrange food swapping around the world.

Official new year's post + big announcement

Hello lovies! I want to officially greet everyone a very happy new year! My last post was still a hangover from last year. I still have a lot of products to review for you guys and many more to come this year. 

Anyways, I'm really excited this year since there are tons of new beauty products that are already launching. Anastasia Beverly Hills announced just today that they will be launching their liquid lipsticks on January 7th. Here is a snippet from their official Instagram account.

Another one that is launching this January is MAC's Viva Glam Miley Cyrus. It will be out in stores on January 22nd in the US.

Those are just some of the news that is circulating around the beauty world. 

Okay...now on to my big announcement!

I've been reviewing my blog and I realized that this baby is turning 5 years old on October 23! Yay!! Half a decade is not bad right? Hahaha :) 

What better way to celebrate the 5th year by giving a giveaway? Right?

I'm think of doing a huge one since 5 years is a milestone for me. Per month, I would show you snippets of the products included in the box. The items that I am including are something that I love and I use. I want a very loyal reader to get this box. Those who always comment will get a higher chance to win this giveaway. I don't want this giveaway to be something that is passed down to one person to another. I want it to be "hush hush" type. Holika Holika Hello Holika Blusher and Highlighter

Hello beauties! Happy 2015! Last year was a very good year but I'm looking forward to a more blessed and fun-filled year this year. 

Anyway, what better way to start this year with a first look at the Holika Holika blush that I recently purchased from a Korean Website. 

This is the Holika Holika Hello Holika Blush and Highlighter. I know it comes in two shades. The one I got was in number 01.

This product is really not a new one from Holika Holika. I know it's been in their product range for a long time. My attention was caught because of the very cute product design. 

The packaging is also very sleek and cute. 

Oh lovely this blusher is...I just want to stare at it and not use it at all. It's really so pretty. I tried swatching and the product is very creamy. It gives off a pinkish orange blush with some hints of highlight. I shall update this entry with some swatches in the future. It's very dark right now and the pictures won't do justice.
