Random ranting: Everything I Miss...

Since it's November 1 tomorrow, I'm getting all emotional again. Don't blame me, blame my hormones. It's the PMS-ing.

I'll just post pictures of the stuff or people I miss. I just miss them. I don't need to expound on that.

I miss my panget friends

...dancing and being drunk

...drunk karaoke nights, ahahha (that's jonah and mark by the way, lol)

....clubbing and dancing

...drinking and acting retard because of alcohol

.....being fun-crazy with the people you love

...dancing and drinking with girlfriends to forget all the boys who broke my heart

...receiving text messages from a special boy who made you cry but you still love them no matter what but boys are boys and they would forever be jerks...LOL having to talk to that someone, makes my day better even if the day sucked. even if it was just an hour. I would feel so much better. attacking that person with arguments, even if he didn't do anything wrong just because you miss him so much. 

...lastly, missing that one person who's been like an angel. oh, wait. queen bitch by the way, lol. funny how many bad eggs we have together. weighing the good from the bad, there's a lot of bad eggs in the basket. He's that boy who made me cry a million times but until now, he's the last man standing. I'm civil with him and that's the wonder of it. LOL :)) Bitch, I think you're my twin, hahaha :)) It's like the moment we we're born, our intestines were intertwined like sausages. I've always wondered where you are, how you are doing, if you're still alive but I know you are. You're that swagger bitch. I really believe he's my soulmate. Soul mates don't necessarily end up together but I'm happy that in this lifetime, I met you. 

Long Weekend...Do I have that?

My life is a beautiful chaos. Sobrang dami kong inaasikaso ngayon. I thought this semestral break from school was a vacation but NOOOO.

So, what have I been doing? I've been doing all the dirty work for my sisters. LOL. As you all know, my sisters have their own businesses. They've already established their own brands.

REB: Random Emotional Babble

I was fixing my stuff the whole day today. Cleaning up my room. I saw the notebook I was supposed to give to Jon for his deployment. Military S.O.s (Significant Others) often send Love Packages or Care Packages to their deployed loved ones so that they won't get home sick when they're sent to other places. It brings back so many memories.

It brings back a lot of memories. I do miss him but things just happen. I's either they stay in my life or they walk away. Most of them walked away. Hahahaha :) I guess that's reality. I miss skyping with him. I miss the times that he'll wake up in 3 in the morning just because I sent him a message. I miss the long distance relationship. I miss the sucky time difference between Manila and Seattle....

Make-up Haul Continues: L.A. Girl Perfecting Liquid Makeup

This is a continuation of my makeup haul review. I bought a lot of makeups and I just can't find the time to make a review all at once. lol.

This is from the brand L.A. Girl called Perfecting Liquid Makeup. I bought the shade in vanilla. I only used this once. I'll try experimenting with it in the coming days. I'm not so happy with this product. I'm not sure if I used the wrong brush when I applied it or the product itself really is not as good as I expected it. 

The time I tried this, it gave that cake-y effect that I hate. As much as possible, I want my foundation to be smooth and natural. This one did the opposite but I have to justify this because I've only used it once and maybe because I used the Stipple brush that's why it came to that ending. So I have to use it again with a foundation brush and give justice to this. Hahaha :)

Health Product Review: Lander Peppermint Pampering Foot Blush

Did you know that this thing exists in the market? LOL :D I was in the grocery one time (in Pioneer Center to be exact) and I found this foot blush.

I saw this one time on TV and I was curious. They said it was available in supermarkets. I bought this one last Summer. It's pretty cool because you can have your own foot pampering at home :D

Call me crazy but the first thing that I look at whenever I meet a new person is the feet part (whether or not he or she is wearing a shoe or a sandal). I love staring at clean footsies and I always wonder how some girls get that rose-y effect. This is the answer! :)

This one has a peppermint effect. It gives the feet that mint-y feel. It's pretty helpful for me since I run around chasing kids and my feet gets bombarded a lot. This lessens that feeling. Plus it makes your feet look nice. Hahaha :)

This item is really more on the vanity side of things. Not a need but a want. :)

My Costume for Halloween

Yes, I've finally decided I'll be Snow White this Halloween. The 'slutty' version. HAHAHAHAHA :)) I already bought my red headband for my getup. I only need a mustard mini-skirt. I'm so excited!! :D

Cosmetic Tool Review: E.L.F. Stipple Brush

I'm not a professional artist by any means. I just love make-up that much that I actually spend money on stuff related to cosmetics. LOL! Anyways. I bought this cool tool from E.L.F. called the Stipple Brush.

What is a Stipple Brush? A Stipple Brush is a brush that you use for any wet or dry cosmetics (more on foundations) that needs coverage. I use it for putting on foundations.

This is actually a new product for E.L.F. It's a synthetic brush. What I like about this is that even if it is synthetic, it is soft. It doesn't hurt the face when you do circular movements to put on the foundation. So, that's plus points for this product :)

I personally love this brush. Price is good and quality is good. Another must-have.

Make-up Review: NYX HD Studio Photogenic Grinding Powder

This is one of my favorite make-up to date. By far, the best money spent for the year. Hahaha :)

This is the NYX HD Grinding Powder. NYX created a special line or the HD line for professional make-up artists. Anything HD, they say, makes your face look slim and smooth, which I agree to. I tested it myself. It does have that effect to you when you use it and when you take pictures.

I bought the 03 Sand Beige. I think there are 6 shades to choose from. I bought this for $25 (roughly around PHP1200). The price speaks for the quality. It's actually cheap compared to other brands. I've tried tons of powder foundations in the market, most of them gives you the cake-y effect. The good thing about this is that you apply it with a powder brush and you'll feel as if you didn't apply any foundation. I'm a convert (lol). I'll never ever go back to those cake-y powder foundations sold here. 

The Grinding Part :)

The packaging is awesome. You actually grind the powder before you can use it. You twist it to the left and voila! Powder is ready to use. It also has a built-in mirror inside. 

Verdict: It's a must-have for me. Price is more on the higher end but compared to other foundations, this is a steal. 

Make-up Review: Milani Baked Blush

Okay, so I actually hoarded make-ups from the States. I love make-ups. Milani is one of those drugstore make-up in the States which is not yet available in the Philippine market. I've heard a lot of reviews that this is a good dupe for high end products so I ordered several products from the brand and now I am making a review :)

Anyways, I love this product.This is called the Baked Blush. It is actually a dupe for the MAC SF. This one can act as a contour make-up and at the same time also a blush. I bought the 04 Terra Sole and I use it as a contour.

What I love about this blush is that you don't have to apply much to your face (unlike other powder blush that you have to apply several strokes before you can see the color). It also has this mineral effect that makes your face lighten up. The blush also stays for hours (usually 8 hours or more).

The blush has an applicator inside and it also comes with a mirror. There's a compartment under the blush for the blush applicator and the mirror. Pretty neat :)

Overall, this is a definite must-have for me. I'll buy other shades in the coming weeks.
